    Louise Taylor Green, CHRP, CHRL, CHRE, CEO, HRPA

    Louise Taylor Green has been practicing HR for over twenty years. She is the incoming CEO of the Human Resources Professional’s Association. Most recently she served as Senior Vice President & Chief Human Resources Officer for Economical Insurance, one of Canada’s leading property and casualty carriers. Previously, Louise was the Executive Director of the National Nursing Assessment Service. Prior to that, Louise was Executive Vice President Corporate Affairs & Strategy and CHRO for Hamilton Health Sciences, Canada’s second-largest academic teaching hospital system. Before moving into healthcare, Louise spent over six years in cooperative financial services as the Vice-President of Retail Banking and Chief Human Resources Officer at FirstOntario Credit Union. Early in her career, Louise spent 11 years with Canada 3000 Airlines in progressively responsible positions in Canada and the U.S. Louise is a regulated HR professional holding the CHRP, CHRL, and CHRE designations. She is also a Certified Management Consultant (“CMC”) and a Professional Certified Coach (“PCC”). Louise holds an MBA from Athabasca University and she completed the CHRM program at McMaster University.

    Adrianna Diaz, Head of Human Resources for Canada and Latin America

    Adrianna Diaz, serves as Head of Human Resources for Canada and Latin America, bringing over 25 years of HR experience to the team. Prior to joining SAS, she was the HR Director at Scotia Bank, responsible for HR mergers and acquisitions, driving organizational effectiveness and workforce insights.

    She combines her wealth of HR experience with a data lens to drive actionable insights around strategy, financial planning and optimization. Adriana is most passionate about the role of diversity and igniting leadership principals that create and empower a diverse workplace culture. Her areas of expertise include HR Consulting (end to end process for different lines of businesses like Retail, Wealth, Insurance, Risk and Technology) M&A, Employee Relations Management, Employee Development, Strategic Initiatives and Talent & Leadership Management.     Kelly Davis, CHRP, CHRL, CHRE, Chief People Officer

    Kelly Davis is the Chief People Officer for Sunwing Travel Group, North America’s largest vertically-integrated travel company with approximately 24,000 employees across fourteen countries. Prior to this role, Kelly was the Senior Vice President of HR, Customer Service and Communications for Town Shoes Limited. She led these three functions for the company’s 4 banners and 4000+ associates. Prior to joining Town Shoes Limited, she was the Vice President of People Development at Cara Operations (Milestones, Kelsey’s, Harvey’s, Montana’s and Swiss Chalet). Kelly spent most of her career prior to joining Cara Operations with the Hudson’s Bay Company where she worked for over 12 years in a variety of progressive HR roles including leading the HR function for all Bay and Home Outfitters stores across Canada.

    Kelly holds her B.A. from McGill University and her CHRE, CHRL and H.R.C.C.C. (Human Resources & Compensation Committee Certification) designations. She is a member of the Strategic Capability Network and the HR Advisory Council for the Human Resources Professionals Association. In 2018, Kelly was named on the “HR Hot List” as one of Canada’s top 27 HR professionals shaping the future of HR in HRD magazine. Kelly is passionate about supporting not for profit organizations.     Karen Stone, CHRE, Vice President, Human Resources and Facilities

    Karen Stone is Vice President, Human Resources and Facilities for St. Joseph's Health Care London, a major patient care, teaching and research centre with a distinguished legacy of service to London, Southwestern Ontario and the veterans of Canada, dating back more than 140 years.

    In her current role Karen is responsible for the development and execution of high-performance human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization. As the facilities executive, she is responsible for the organization’s long-range facilities planning and management, capital project oversight and capital improvement plan in accordance with government policies and procedures.

    Karen holds an honours degree in Labour Studies from McMaster University and a Master’s degree in Continuing Education from the University of Calgary with a specific concentration on workplace leadership. Her Master’s degree research focused on workplace spirituality and the development of a conceptual model of workplace wellness for Ontario hospitals. Karen holds the Certified Human Resource Executive designation. Karen recently joined the Board of Directors for Youth Opportunities Unlimited in London, subsequent to the recent completion of her term as Chair, Board of Directors for the Human Resources Professionals Association (HRPA), the regulatory body and association for Human Resources professionals in Ontario, Canada.
