Andrew Brown

Andrew Brown is a Partner with LHH Knightsbridge Recruitment Solutions Team in Toronto.

Andrew has spent several years in the search business focusing on servicing clients in a variety of industries such as financial services, telecom, consumer packaged goods, and not-for-profit.  He has successfully placed individuals into many different positions including sales, technology, operations, compliance and finance.

Andrew’s relationship-based approach has enabled him to provide successful results to clients in a variety of industries. He has established himself as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates alike and never loses sight of their best interests.

Prior to his time in the search business, Andrew worked at one of Canada’s top asset management firms. His industry experience provided him a good understanding of the business which he leverages on a daily basis.  His unique combination of recruitment and industry experience enables him to find the right people for his clients’ organizations.

Andrew holds a degree in Economics from Lakehead University and plays a key role in their GTA Alumni Chapter.

 


Nyima Gyalmo

Nyima Gyalmo is an energetic, passionate, young businesswoman.  She dedicates her life to helping businesses succeed by leveraging communication and connections on social media platforms. She is the founder of Social Sherpa, Social Media Marketing Company that focuses on developing a complete marketing solution for technology startups.  Aside from her professional life, she is also a business mentor at BITS, helping enterprising youth bring their idea into fruition. Linda Hills

Linda Hills is a professional coach, facilitator and organizational development leader with a passion for creating cultures where people can do the best work of their lives.  She is currently Director of Learning and Leadership Development at the University of Toronto, where she is responsible for the professional development of all non-academic staff.

Prior to joining UofT, she ran her own consulting company, Emergent Assets, where her focus was on leadership and emotional intelligence training.  She has also held several senior management roles in a variety of organizations:  As Head of Organizational Development and Learning at Capital One, she focused on leadership, the employee experience and change management.  Prior to that, Linda was the Executive Director/Vice-President Academic & Research at the Hincks-Dellcrest Centre, where she revitalized the Gail Appel Institute, and was a member of the executive team responsible for Treatment Centre merger readiness.  She has also held senior roles in the banking and software industries. 

Linda holds an Advanced Certificate in Human Resources from Queen’s University IRC, a Master’s degree in Adult Education, and a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing/Finance.  She is a certified coach with the International Coaching Federation (ACC) and holds several certifications in organizational development including a Certificate in Applied Positive Psychology, Six Seconds Emotional Intelligence Assessor and Connor Partners People Change Management Practitioner.  Linda also serves on the board of the Macaulay child development Centre and is a mentor in the Cherie Blair Foundation - Women's Mentoring Women in Business program.


Margie Peskin

Margie Peskin has been involved with executive recruiting and career management since 1998. Originally from the U.S., she began her career in the Detroit, Michigan area at Plante & Moran LLP as a Search Consultant. She then relocated to Iowa City, Iowa and spent five years with the University of Iowa in the MBA career services office. In 2009, Margie launched Search Forward, a career advising and resume writing business. She relocated to Toronto in 2014 and has continued to work with individuals through Search Forward, while concurrently reconnecting to the recruiting industry. She joined Phelpsgroup, an executive search firm focused on the public and non-profit sectors, as a Senior Consultant in January of 2017.  

Margie brings a genuine love for career management to every project. Her educational background includes a Master’s in Counseling from Wake Forest University in North Carolina and a Bachelor’s in American Studies from Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut. She lives in Toronto with her family and spends countless hours exercising her dog, and occasionally reading and volunteering for schools, soccer teams and non-profit organizations.
