Total Rewards is a fundamental part of any organization’s overall HR strategy. Our first session of the year, ‘Total Rewards & Pay for Performance’ will be facilitated by Deirdre Chong Smith, Consultant with the Hay Group. Learn from Deirdre on how to link business strategy to compensation strategy, and where total rewards needs to partner with the broader organization to be effective. This includes what pay for performance can be, such as merit, or bonuses (short, mid and long-term) and how to best design incentive programs to reward the behaviours/objectives that the business needs.
