Casey Dockendorff, Partner

Casey Dockendorff is a Partner with Filion Wakely Thorup Angeletti LLP practicing in all areas of labour and employment law. Casey attended St. Thomas University in Fredericton, New Brunswick, where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Criminology in 2001. She received her Bachelor of Laws in 2004 from the University of New Brunswick. Casey was an associate at a large management-side labour and employment law firm in Toronto for two years. She then became in-house counsel for a large municipality in Ontario prior to joining Filion Wakely. Casey is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Canadian Bar Association, the Ontario Bar Association and the Middlesex Law Association.


Rusty McLay, Partner

Rusty is a partner in the London office practising in all areas of labour and employment law. Rusty represents clients at various tribunals and at all levels of court in all matters relating to labour and employment law, including labour arbitrations, human rights, wrongful dismissal actions and Ontario Labour Relations Board matters. Before joining the firm, Rusty was the Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel at Conestoga College Institute of Technology and Advanced Learning. For many years, he was a Vice-President, Legal at BlackBerry where he oversaw all global employment law issues.


Brian MacDonald, Partner

Brian P. MacDonald is a Partner with the firm practising in all areas of labour and employment law. Brian articled at the firm before joining as an associate upon his call to the bar in 2010.


Danny Parker, Associate

Danny Parker is an associate with the firm practicing in all areas of labour and employment law. Danny joined the firm as a summer student and completed his articles with the firm before his call to the Ontario Bar in 2016. Danny received his Juris Doctor in 2015 from the Faculty of Law at Queen’s University. During his time at Queen’s, Danny was the captain of the Queen’s Law Games team, and was a key contributor to Lawlapolooza, a charity music event organized by Queen’s Law students. Prior to attending law school, Danny received a Bachelor of Commerce from Dalhousie University in 2012.
