Laura is responsible for ensuring that HR is an effective, valued function and a true enabler of the business. She is also responsible for ensuring employees are provided with the information they need to make effective and efficient business decisions within the context of the company’s overall business objectives. Laura has over 20 years of experience on the people side of technology. From her start as a Change Management practitioner at Accenture, working with clients on large scale technology changes, to her work in training and organizational effectiveness at Nortel Networks, Laura’s primary focus has always been enabling people to be successful in a technological world. Laura holds a Bachelor of Systems Design Engineering from the University of Waterloo and an Advance Program Certificate in Human Resources Management from Rotman School of Business, University of Toronto.
