Daniel Chodos 

Daniel Chodos is a partner at Whitten & Lublin Employment Lawyers, where he advises employers and employees on day-to-day workplace matters, including contract drafting, negotiations and disputes, harassment complaints and workplace investigations.  Chodos has litigated before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Ontario Court of Appeal, the Ontario Labour Relations Board, the Employment Insurance Board of Referees, and other administrative tribunals.  Chodos gives seminars on employment-related issues for the Human Resource Professional Association, the Canadian Federation of Apartment Associations, the Law Society of Upper Canada and the Ontario Bar Association. 

Jonquille Pak

Jonquille is a Partner at Whitten & Lublin. For many years, she worked at one of Canada's top full service law firms advising many of its large corporate clients on employment and labour issues in a wide variety of sectors, including manufacturing, commercial, education, financial services, health care, telecommunications and media. It is Jonquille's vast experience as a lawyer for management that also allows her to understand how to win when hired by employee clients.

Sezar Bune

Sezar Bune practices in all areas of employment law and litigation, including wrongful dismissals, constructive dismissals, separation packages, human rights complaints, restrictive covenants and employment standards compliance.  Sezar has appeared and represented clients before various levels of courts and tribunals in Ontario, including the Superior Court of Justice, Provincial Offences Court and the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario.  Sezar is multilingual in English and Chaldean/Assyrian, and also has a working knowledge of Arabic.

Stephen Wolpert

Steve Wolpert has significant experience and expertise in employment law.

Steve is a lawyer at Whitten & Lublin, where he practices in all areas of employment law.  He advises employer and employee clients alike regarding employment agreements, confidentiality issues, restrictive covenants, wrongful and constructive dismissals, employment policies, human rights matters, and compliance with legislative standards. 

Prior to joining Whitten & Lublin, Steve maintained a broader commercial litigation practice, dealing with a variety of commercial disputes and insolvency matters.
