            8:30AM - 10:30 AM - Panel Discussion

It’s a question that’s been at the centre of much debate for some time now, and for good reason: is the traditional performance review on its way out? There has been much conversation over the past few years around the value and effectiveness of the annual performance review, and experts are watching closely some organizations abandon the process altogether.

Last year, an HRPA executive panel discussion brought together HR leaders from Cineplex Entertainment, Accenture, Microsoft and Deloitte to discuss how they handle performance management in their respective organizations and their take on whether the formal annual review process is still an important HR tool. To further that conversation, those same companies will present a “Year in Review” discussion on May 30, 2017.

Registration open to Executives, Directors, Senior Managers
